New Club Lotto Envelopes Available This Week |
|
Feb 21, 2010 at 08:45 PM |
CLARIFICATION: There has been some confusion over the new club lotto envelopes. To clarify: the existing Club Lotto tickets will still be available and can still be used as normal. The new Lotto envelopes are just an additional method of entering the draw for anyone who might not get to one of the outlets or have a seller visit them any particular week, but want to do the lotto and leave it into the chapel at weekend masses.
NB: THE CLUB HAS RECEIVED THE ENVELOPES AND THEY WILL BE DISTRIBUTED THIS WEEK (1st - 7th March 2010) - If you haven't received any by next week and want some, please contact any committee member.
The club intends to introduce a new extra method to allow members to enter the Club Lotto over the next few weeks. As well as continuing with the current tickets available at the usual outlets (Clady Post Office, Teady McErlean's Bar, Clady Butchers, McCann's Service Station, Bannvale Credit Union, Clady Shop, etc and normal sellers), each household in the parish will be given a package of 26 Club Lotto envelopes for half the year.
On the envelopes there are 6 grids, allowing up to 6 entries to the lotto for each envelope. Place the appropriate money in the envelope corresponding to the number of grids you have filled (Select 4 letters per grid - £1) and return the envelope to the designated box at the back of St Oliver Plunkett Church, or to any of the usual sellers or outlets in time for the draw on Monday evenings at 8pm.
NB: It is hoped that the envelopes will be distributed around the houses next week, 1st - 5th Mar with the first draw involving the new envelopes taking place on the 8th March.
Please support the club by entering the lotto.

Sports Prediction Quiz Fundraiser |
|
Feb 24, 2010 at 02:09 PM |
Test your sporting knowledge for 2010!!
The club has launched a new Sports Prediction Quiz for 2010. To enter you must select who you think will win each of the 23 different sporting events listed, which are spread over the year from April to September 2010. Each entry costs £10 with prize money set at 50% of all entries, so the more who enter, the higher the prizes.
We will keep an up to date list of all the entrants and results of the different events as they happen throughout the year, and announce the winners after the final event, which is due to take place in late September/early October.
To enter the quiz, download the form below, fill it in and print it out and return along with the entry fee to Diarmuid Clarke (07729065940) or any committee member before the 31st March. Printed forms will also be available in the shop, bar, Post Office etc.
