Adult District Competitions: Clubs are asked to make careful note of the particular Regulations regarding eligibility of players to play in District Competitions

Competitions Control Committee
At the C.C.C. meeting last night 02/02/2010 it was decided that all clubs, football and hurling, must submit the names of 10 senior players who will not be eligible to play reserve football / hurling in 2010 season. This list must be submitted to me on or before the 9th February 2010.

C.C.C. will study the names submitted and will either accept the names listed or return the list for amendment, with their decisions highlighted in red. Clubs will be required to amend the list accordingly.

Eligibility of players for 2010 Reserve football & Hurling Championship

A player who takes any part in the 2010 Senior/Intermediate Championship games will not be eligible to play in the reserve championship of that grade.

A player who takes part in the 2010 Senior/Intermediate Championship games as a Blood Substitution may seek to have that player regarded to play in that year's championship in that grade.

A player who played in the Senior / Intermediate Championship games in 2009 must make a request to CCC to be re-graded to play reserve championship, football or hurling, in 2010.

Discipline
All clubs are reminded that, if a player who has received a suspension in 2009, is sent off again in 2010 within 48 weeks from date of game / hearings, for a repeat infraction in the same category/code then that player will be dealt with according to rule. This includes 2 yellow cards.

Championship Draws:
All Adult Championship draws will be made in Owenbeg on Tuesday 2nd March @ 7.30
